1. Affiliate Rights and Obligations

1.1. Registration: To join our program, you must complete the online registration form. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

1.2. Promotion: You are responsible for the marketing and promotion of our casino. You may use our approved marketing materials, including banners, text links, and other creative assets.

1.3. Prohibited Activities: You must not engage in any illegal, unethical, or fraudulent activities. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Using spam email or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Making false claims or misrepresenting our services.
• Bidding on brand-related keywords (e.g., "[Casino Name]" or "Casino Name" promotions) in search engines.
• Using any form of misleading or deceptive advertising.

2. Commission & Payments

2.1. Commission Structure: Your commission is based on the Net Revenue generated by the players you refer. Net Revenue is calculated as the total amount of bets minus winnings, bonuses, and administrative fees. We offer a tiered commission structure, which you can find in your affiliate dashboard.

2.2. Payment: Commissions are paid on a monthly basis. Payments are processed within 15 business days of the end of each month. A minimum payout threshold may apply.

2.3. Player Tracking: We use cookies to track the players you refer. The cookie duration is 30 days. If a player clears their cookies or uses a different device, we may not be able to track the referral.

3. Account Termination

3.1. Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time if you violate these terms and conditions. In such cases, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

3.2. Termination by You: You can terminate your account at any time by notifying our affiliate support team.

4. General Provisions

4.1. Confidentiality: You must not disclose any confidential information about our program, including commission rates and performance data, to third parties without our written consent.
